Paralegal/Junior Lawyer at our Stockholm office
About the Role
- As a paralegal/junior lawyer, you will play an important role in our operations by handling legal matters related to our surrogacy processes.
- You will work closely with the lead attorney and the legal department, assisting them with their day-to-day legal work.
- You will handle legal matters related to family formation and government agency processes.
- You will manage and administer cases related to parenthood, custody, and adoption.
- You will communicate with intended parents, as well as with government agencies in Sweden and abroad.
- You will help ensure a high standard of legal quality throughout the entire process.
- Our work environment moves quickly, so structure, attention to detail, and flexibility are essential.
Who are you?
- You have a law degree or other relevant legal education and/or experience, and you are at the beginning of your career.
- You are interested in family law, and experience in this area is a plus.
- You are a good communicator who is organized, meticulous, and responsible.
- You are a good communicator and a team player with a service-oriented attitude.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Coordinator at our Colombian office
About the role
- As a coordinator, you are the primary point of contact for intended parents who have begun their surrogacy journey with us.
- You coordinate and guide them throughout the entire process.
- You maintain daily communication with clinics, lawyers, egg donor agencies, and coordinators at our destinations.
- You ensure the highest standard of service and information.
- We work at a fast pace, where flexibility and structure are essential.
- Training takes place through integrated, hands‑on learning within the team.
- Working hours are mainly office hours, but some adjustments may be needed depending on time zones.
Who You Are
- You have a post‑secondary education and experience from healthcare, service, or a similar field.
- You have strong skills in working with digital systems.
- Your key qualities include being structured, methodical, self‑driven, communicative, relationship‑oriented, pedagogical, meticulous, responsible, and empathetic.
- You are fluent in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
