Nordic Surrogacy is seeking a paralegal/junior lawyer for our Stockholm office.

About the Role

As a paralegal/junior lawyer, you will play an important role in our operations by handling legal matters related to our surrogacy processes. You will work closely with the lead attorney and the legal department, assisting them with their day-to-day legal work.

• You will handle legal matters related to family formation and government agency processes.
• You will manage and administer cases related to parenthood, custody, and adoption.
• You will communicate with intended parents, as well as with government agencies in Sweden and abroad.
• You will help ensure a high standard of legal quality throughout the entire process.

Who are you?

• You have a law degree or other relevant legal education and/or experience, and you are at the beginning of your career.
• You are interested in family law, and experience in this area is a plus.
• You are a good communicator who is organized, meticulous, and responsible.
• You are a good communicator and a team player with a service-oriented attitude.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
