Nordic Surrogacy and Wish for a Baby

Nordic Surrogacy has participated in Wish for a Baby events in various cities around the world on several occasions, meeting intended parents, partners and industry professionals. Nordic Surrogacy will not participate in Wish for a Baby in Cologne on 17-18 October 2026.

This decision has been made while an ongoing review process relating to last year’s event remains unresolved. Nordic Surrogacy has participated in the process, provided the requested information and been given the opportunity to present its position.

Pending a final decision, Nordic Surrogacy has chosen not to participate in this year’s event.

“Our decision should not be interpreted as taking a position on the matters currently under review. We believe this is the most responsible course of action under the present circumstances. Our focus remains on supporting the individuals and couples who are seeking information and guidance on their path to parenthood,” says Eduardo Afonso, Founder and CEO of Nordic Surrogacy.

Nordic Surrogacy continues its operations as usual and remains available to answer questions and provide guidance regarding fertility treatment and surrogacy programmes.
