We are now looking for a coordinator for our office in central Stockholm. Do you want to make a real difference and help families realize their dream? Then this is the role for you!

About the Role

As a coordinator, you will be the primary contact for prospective parents who have started their surrogacy journey with us.

• You will coordinate and guide them through the entire process.
• You will have daily contact with clinics, lawyers, egg donor agencies, and coordinators at our destinations.
• You will ensure the highest standard of service and information.

We work at a fast pace, where flexibility and structure are crucial. Training is integrated into the work and team-oriented with supervision. Working hours are mainly office hours, but some adjustments may be needed depending on time zones.

Who Are You?

• You have post-secondary education and experience in healthcare, service, or similar fields.
• You have developed skills in working with digital systems.
• Your prominent qualities are being structured, methodical, self-sufficient, communicative, relationship-building, pedagogical, meticulous, responsible, and empathetic.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Advanced knowledge of Spanish and French is an advantage.
